- Lead the coordination and liaises with external auditors- Prepares quarterly and annual financial statements of DKT Group in accordance with IFRS- Ensures compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements on filings of tax or company returns, together with various government requirements and regulations in timely manner.- Handles the e-commerce arm of DKT Group from its implementation to its operation- Reconciles intercompany balances- Monitors Fixed Asset Ledger for addition, disposal, and transfers and retirement which includes depreciation run and reconciliation between FA register and General Ledger- Provide support and advice to the Accounting Manager in all aspects of the financial management- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis, ensuring that all cash transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.

- Develop an audit plan, in coordination with the engagement manager or partner, which includes understanding the client’s business and industry, and government regulations and requirements affecting the client.- Prepares audit reports and management letters.- Assists clients in the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns.- Supervises staff on client audit engagements, which include planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.- Maintains consistent coordination with clients and provides immediate assistance and/or advice for their professional needs- Resolves audit findings and makes recommendations to help improve the process

- Assists the Firm with the performance of audit services to its clients, including the conduct of audit fieldwork, the conduct of audit procedures such as but not limited to the examination of unaudited trial balances, unaudited financial statements and schedules pertinent to the audit.- Prepares the necessary working papers and other reports that are required by the Firm that are necessary for the completion of the audit.- Exercises professional skepticism and diligence in carrying audit procedures- Assists in the examination of other reports required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) that were duly prepared by clients.- Makes the initiative to conduct research and discuss with the engagement in-charge or manage the possible resolution to any audit issue identified during the course of the audit.- Communicate audit results and internal control deficiencies noted to client’s management.- Leverage keen analysis, insights and team approach to drive organizationalimprovements and implementation of best practices
