I was the primary contact with participants for the National Supplemental Screening Program (NSSP). I answer their questions, explain what our role is and the service we provide. If they are interested in the free medical screening being provided by the DOE, then I enroll them in the program. Once medical results start coming into the office I am in charge.

I held a few positions while working at Mikes Camera, my final position and longest was rental manager. I was the only employee in the rental department. I had to coordinate between all store locations working with managers, employees and warehouse staff to run things smoothly. I balanced two computer tracking systems. I worked with all rental customers.

I had the wonderful opportunity to be the 2008 Colorado Representative to Austria and Greece. I lived in Austria with five host families, and in Greece I stayed on a school’s campus. During my six months of travel I learned the culture by living it and talked about life in CO and the US. After my experiences overseas I came back to give presentations to.

As the manager I was in charge of all paperwork, placing food orders online, and verify food order when it arrived at the store. I had to follow and implement all health codes and regular cleanings and sanitation of equipment. I also hired and trained staff, most employees were high school students.
