My major course in university is International Business Trade. And it's my pleasure that my work career is directly related to the courses that I have studied for 4 years. Therefore I could use the book theories what I have learned into my actual work.In Raylee 8 years period, I definitely learn & experience a lot, the specific aspect as follows:* Speciallized and experienced in paper crafts, lifestyle stationery, gifts and children's educational products.* Realize every products' design, structure, materials, prices, usage and quality.*During the merchandiser period, I am a bridge between my export manager and every factory suppliers, solving the problems or offering the useful suggestions in product, meanwhile, sometimes taking part job in translation Chinese and English.* During the export account manager period, I directly to keep touch in my customers who are from all over the world. Attending each Guangzhou Canton Fair from year 2014 to 2019, meeting the old customers and the new customers. Then contacting each one via email, realize every customer's demand from every different country, try to recommend our corresponding prouducts which are really suitable in their market. Then through negotiating reasonable price and payment terms, finally build up the new relationship even the cooperation business.* During my time here, I have worked with business cooperation more than 30 foreign customers form Europe,Asia,South America etc. and realized the total amount of documentary and order that more than 3 million dollars.

*负责酒类方面的跟单，红酒、洋酒等项目*制作报关资料及材料及产品信息收集和处理，协调报关员的工作，办理红酒等报关进口及出入仓事宜，也需协助仓库管理人员处理货物出入仓事宜*如果酒类要入保税仓库，除了处理普通仓库的事务，还外加保税仓额外的事宜，例如还需在海关备案等工作*负责接待客户以及海关人员，需海关监管的产品接待海关办事人员在场监管红酒、洋酒等进入仓库，保税仓的货物还需加锁监管（保税仓货物入仓、出仓都需海关人员监管进出仓）
