Self service kiosks allows customers to retrieve their reservation information and check-in or check-out from a hotel, rent or return their car rental or check-in and get their boarding pass without having to stand in line to speak with a representative. LifeSmart controls the point of care component on the PocketPC as well as the back office workflow process.Gentiva purchased a home based system and are making modifications tailored to their business needs. Responsibilities included project life cycle documentation and maintenance including Functional Specifications and Use Cases to clearly define the project. Utilized Optimal Trace for creating and maintaining project documentation.Created and maintained Test Scripts used for End to End and User Acceptance Testing.Performed QA and End to End testing entering defects into Bugzilla or Track Record.Created, maintained and drove solutions for project issues and risks including escalation when needed.Created both Change Requests and Decision Memos for requirement changes to be reviewed by the Steering Committee for approval.
