- Provide consultancy services including market analysis, feasibility studies, development strategy studies for real estate companies, government in West China.- Participate in all facets of project management including in initial understanding, information search, report writing and presentation.- Work closely with marketing and communication team to draft various communications pieces, e.g. marketing materials of Chongqing JLL and pitch baselines to support marketing promotions and business development of Strategic Consulting Group and JLL Chongqing.

- Day-to-day internal management of over 50 qualitative and quantitative research projects include project briefing, research design, fieldwork arrangement, interface with clients, etc.- Participate in moderation for qualitative methodologies, such as focus groups and in-depth interviews.- Inter and intra-office project coordination and analysis- Report writing for market research projects.

- Collect pipelines from system integrators.- Promote Intel's products through online communication tools.- Provide online customer service.
