Electrical Engineering for chassis wiring on WST models 4800, 4900, 6900, 4700 & 5700 LHD & RHD including:Locating & creating harnesses & bills of material for Trailer electrical connections (Primary, Secondary, IAS Primary & IAS Secondary), Fuel Senders, Air Dryers, Lift Axles, Engine, Block & Fuel Water separator Heaters with 120VAC wiring, Tail light wiring, Vehicle Speed control sensor wiring for Auxiliary Transmissions, 1 & 2-speed transfer cases & Two speed Axles, provided support to production addressing chassis wiring & harness issues, worked with harness supplier supporting component shortages & creating deviations for harness issues so they were buildable. Also did occasional physical harness rework to facilitate building vehicles on harness not in my area of responsibility (Cab & Powertrain for example). Also supported Mechatronics group of all connector issues & concerns (spent 8 years has the original Mechatronics Components Specialists creating DTNA standard part numbers, drawings & documentation including creating & support for all circuit numbers used at all DTNA location.
