About Joyce Mitchell Joyce experienced a successful career in Accounting/Finance by managing the Accounting Departments of various small to med-sized companies such as Rockwell International, Safeguard Business Systems, and Electronic Data Systems. After 12 years of tenure, in July 1992, Joyce decided to become an entrepreneur, “a multi-unit Franchise Owner/Operator in the Restaurant Industry. Without having restaurant experience, it took a great leap of faith to invest all of her retirement capital into the business. The strong desire and passion to become a business owner and the outlay of funds were great incentives to make the business successful which paid off in the end with the sale of a profitable business.Joyce decided to pursue Commercial Real Estate in 2021. The skillset acquired from past careers is easily transitioned into Commercial Real Estate by utilizing investment analysis to maximize client profits.
