My journey has taken me through a diverse array of industries including education, consumer services and manufacturing. I began this journey with Ford Motor Company’s marketing leadership program where I built relationships across the Atlantic and led customer insight-focused brand positioning initiatives with our European brands. It was also at Ford where I was first captivated by digital marketing, an ever-evolving world which has been a fascinating part of my professional journey. I deepened my digital marketing expertise through a stint on the agency side and then joined the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where I proudly served as the Managing Director for the Executive MBA Program and led all aspects of the ‘school within a school’. My journey next carried me to leadership of a family business where, as a small business owner, I wore all of the hats from marketing and sales to finance and operations. Commercial refrigeration was my next stop, a fulfilling leadership role that returned me to marketing roots. I most recently returned to the education space with roles in both higher education and K-12 leading consumer insights and brand architecture and implementation of a new corporate umbrella brand and portfolio companies.I currently live in Michigan and relish any opportunity to travel and explore. I proudly serve my local education community as a PTO board member and volunteer with Girls on the Run, building confidence in the next generation of women leaders. I am also a passionate skier, attempt to maintain a running regimen. and enjoy finding new and creative ways to torture my kids with vegetables.
