Air Division (Development Policy and Strategic Engagement)

Led a team of policy officers to design and implement enterprise development policies, including Enterprise Singapore's grants, loans and growth transformation schemes. We set up new co-investment equity funds, designed business support schemes, and drove a shift in strategy to grow the next generation of Singapore Global Enterprises.

Supported senior management in the development of strategies and frameworks across the Singapore Government. This included coordinating a new medium-term policy agenda, and setting up a whole-of-government risk management framework.

Worked on local and foreign manpower policies, including analysing labour market trends and designing policy interventions in response. Also did a 6 month rotation as a Business Analyst to design features for a new tech system.
