Since 1999, I have counseled individuals and couples regarding the equitable distribution and division of assets for pending marital dissolutions and legal separations. I am a recognized as an expert witness by the Maricopa County Superior Court and can testify regarding the future implications to cash flow and projected net worth of individuals and couples as a result of a proposed settlement.Over the past 12 years I have conducted workshops for individuals considering divorce and have been a featured speaker in seminars for my colleagues including the Maricopa Bar Association and the Arizona Society of CPAs.
