Objectives were to grow sales for existing proprietary products and develop new proprietary products for use in aircaft interiors. Accountable to executive management for developing annual revenues plans and delivering projected gross revenues for aggressive year over year growth. My product line was one of 3 major lines offered by the company and accounted for the majority of company revenue. Heavy interfaces with regional sales managers and customers. Responsible to lead development teams to develop solutions for aircraft needs. LED THE TEAM THAT SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOPED THE SECURE COCKPIT DOOR FOR ALL BOEING WIDE BODY & ALL AIRBUS AIRCRAFT AFTER 9/11 IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 92. THIS SUCCESS BROUGHT THE COMPANY $35M IN NEW REVENUES AND CAPTURED AIRBUS AS A NEW CUSTOMER FOR OUR PRODUCTS.
