About Joyce Webb

Communication and Problem Solving are skills I've had longer than I can remember. My parents always told me I could sign (language) before I could talk, and once I started talking, I never stopped. I spent most of my childhood helping my Mom navigate through a life without being able to communicate verbally and helped her to solve problems she couldn't resolve on her own. The pride she has always had in seeing me succeed has driven me to strive for greatness and has instilled a passion for being a part of helping others achieve success in their own lives. That passion has led to me being in the first ever Project Lead The Way (PLTW) engineering program at my high school where I learned about creating and following processes, execution, strategy, how to be an all-star presenter, and how to build and market a wind turbine. After learning about business through Youth Entrepreneurs of Kansas (YEK), I earned 3rd place in a local competition that led to me achieving the top 20% in a national DECA competition. That passion continued into adulthood as I became the first leader from my Call Center to attain a coveted award for the top 1% of the company based on my team's performance. Even when I took the biggest leap of faith by relocating for a career opportunity, leaving all friends and family behind, I found success in a new environment and culture by driving my team's performance to #1. I took a chance on a stretch assignments and new roles that enhanced my existing skills and taught me new ones like creating a PowerBI report for insight and direction to identify insights towards fixing issues before anyone knew there was a problem, presenting to VP's and Directors, and facilitating the creation of a monthly All-Hands call that keeps all teams in a Region "in the know" on what they need to know to WIN. If someone needs a solution they come to me – because they know even I don't know the answer, I will find it and help them WIN while doing it. When I'm not helping people WIN, I can be found at home with my husband, 2 kids (Son and Daughter), and 3 French Bulldogs. My family is my life, and at the end of the day- everything I do is to create a better life for them.
