VP Aon Re Global - As a seasoned treaty reinsurance broker, with over 20 years in the industry I have had the opportunity to produce, serve and manage the reinsurance programs and advisory services provided to a variety of insurance carrier clients as well a program MGAs. My experiences vary from managing the global property placement for the 3rd largest E&S carrier, to managing placements for multiline coverages for midwest regional carriers and unique niche placements for speciality carriers in trucking/transportatio/workers compensation and international IM. Recently I have become invloved in the networking and handling of placements for program MGAs.Non Professional Experience Board of Directors - In September of 2010, Joyce was named a Trustee of the Du Page Community Foundation (DCF), and sits on the Gant subcommittee and the Development subcommittee. DCF has assets in excess of $30 million and has distributed in excess of $10 million dollars to date. DCF delivers a wide range of services beyond traditional grant making. DCF assists donors to achieve their philanthropic goals and agencies to realize their missions. In 2005, Joyce became a board member for the Next Generation Initiative (NGI), an outgrowth of the Du Page Community Foundation. Joyce is involved in the formation of the future direction of the NGI, including recruitment of new members and building the endowment. In 2010, Joyce is Co-Chair of NGI and Co Chair of the NGI Grant subcommittee. Chicago Community Trust - Young Leaders FundFrom 1996 to 2003 Joyce helped establish and held various committee leadership positions with The Young Leaders Fund, (YLF), an affiliation of the Chicago Community Trust. The YLF is positioned to cultivate future philanthropic leaders and makes $50,000 in annual grants to 501c3 in Chicago. Joyce was instrumental in the formation of the organization, educating young professionals in Chicago about CCT and the impact of philanthropy in the city.
