Hello Everyone! I am Joyce from Desay. I have been working in commercial sales for the past 12 years after my graduation. With the experience of travelling to 25 countries of five continents, I know the detailed working process of overseas sales and the entire work flow of a manufacturing business very well. Strong abilities of data analysis and logical thinking make me quickly find the key point in company management. Additionally, I am good at communicating and motivating people. I am always full of passion and confidence。In 2017, I came back to University and continious study in University of Granada, Spain.My major is ¨Master Gestión y Tecnologías de Procesos de Negocio¨ It is mainly about the business management and the process mining inside of the company. In this master, I learn a lot of data analist tools and methords which help to construct the company management structure to improve the overall efficiency of the company. From March of 2018, I started my internships in NGA HR and work in Global transformation team. Our team delivery support to the clients in 188 countries, working with 35 NGA overseas offices all over five continents. It includes eight main business functions in the team. The one I work with called Automation which is about mass data upload with robot and the automation teaplate building to help all the stakeholders. In addition to that, I need to study market to invent new tools to prevent the potential risk and improve the whole process working efficiency. In a world, we make people work easily and rapidly.
