Major Responsibilities:Major for Doctor positions recruitment of China;Work closely with Director of hospital to identify the staffing needs and fill the targeted headcounts;Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts;Establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability;Coordination of interview arrangements, conduct interview with hiring managers in an effective way to make hiring decision;Take full responsibility of offers (include offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.

Work closely with department managers to identify the staffing needs, propose and implement recruitment strategy.Build talent pool for the key positions and keep regular contacts with potential candidates. Streamline the recruitment process to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience.Dedicated to improve time to fill, reduce the cost of hiring.Manage the interview process to improve interviewer’s skillsets and selection quality.Regular research in market compensation, to provide a reasonably competitive salary range for new joiners and maintain internal equity in the same time.Provide end to end consultative based recruitment service.Maintain various recruitment channels including agency, job boards, social media and employee referral program.Responsible for running recruitment related report and analysis.Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR Service to the assigned BU in a proactive and strategical manner to meet business requirements.Maintain HR information, policies and processes and take initiatives to implement it in daily practice.Handle employee issues, e.g. job transfer, employee relations, termination cases, on board & exit management etc.Initiate corporate performance management activity to ensure the quality and efficiency.

Continously achieved assigned quota. Account management, maintain good relatonship with HR and hiring managers. Responsible for obtain the requirements and relevant information for the job roles and share with the team. Headhunting, hands-on in recruitment activities from direct sourcing, qualifying, introducing to client, interview management, salary negotiation and etc.Keep a close eye on the market including people management, market trend, potential recruitment needs.Coach the researchers in sourcing and identifying the qualified profiles. Help candiate to understand the job role properly before the interiews. Responsible for BD new sales opportunities.Have pocessed sound knowledge and skillsets in the recruiting, especially familiar with IT industry.
