Mainly responsible for employee recruiting and employee relationships management of Amazon Kunshan fulfillment.

- Formulate the new store’s HR organization planning according to company’s development strategy; set up the HR management system of the new store.- Optimize HR working procedure of the new store and supervise the execution.- Draft and implementation control of the Labor Cost budget.- Supervise、instruct and implement the head company HR polices and process.- Recruitment management, including planning and optimizing of recruitment process.- Employee relationship management, such as activity organization, conflict and dispute solving, following of work injury and dealing with the relationship between employee and managements.- Manage employee’s Performance Appraisal process.- Make training plan.- Manage Labor contract, as contract sign, personal file management, on-boarding, leave.- Supervise and control of OT and attendance procedures.- Plan for employee career development.- Implement of company C&B policy and data management which related to C&B.- Produce variable HR reports as required.- Administration work management.- Other tasks assigned by store manager.
