I started at the bank on the Support Team which helped the branches when they were short handed. It was a great experience because I had the opportunity to work with many different managerial styles as well as coaching new hires before they started working at the bank. In my other role I worked in the Office of “WOW!” which is an Employee Relations department that mainly focused on the moral of the associates. I planned events such as Anniversary Events, Employee Appreciation Events and just simply thank you events. To also help bring our associates together we had fun events like softball games, kickball games, skating nights, and shopping events. I also assisted managers in helping to recognize their team for going above and beyond at the bank. I’m very thankful for my experiences at BankAtlantic and the great people I had the pleasure of working with.
