10 years of experience in tech industry within three core functions: corporate partnerships, growth marketing and online communities. My current role at Lufthansa Innovation Hub is to connect Lufthansa Group with partners across the travel and mobility tech ecosystem. My goal is to build successful partnerships through new digital business.Previously, I was the first hire and lead for the community team at Xiaomi Global. I worked closely with the team in Beijing HQ (product managers, designers, developers, community managers) to launch and grow Mi Community in key global markets like India, Vietnam and Indonesia. Mi Community (c.mi.com) is an online platform and Xiaomi's secret sauce to building a hardcore international fan base for its Android ROM MIUI, smartphones and ecosystem products. We started with 0 and had more than a million users within a year.At Microsoft, I was in charge of the startup outreach program Bizspark. We engaged over 800 startups and worked closely with Enterprise Singapore to develop meaningful programs and partnerships for these companies. Beyond introducing Microsoft technologies, I created value-add for these companies by matching key ecosystem players like VCs, IHLs, potential customers to them. I believe women have a lot to contribute to the tech industry, so I started Singapore Geek Girls, a platform for females in tech to share and learn from each other. With our team volunteers, we organized talks, workshops & job placements for aspiring engineers and designers.
