Legal Advisor of the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Office at Fiocruz. I work in the strategic part of the foundation leading contractual negotiations, drafting and management of Technology Transfer, R&D and Clinical Trial Agreements, related to vaccines, IVDs and biopharmaceuticals projects with partners of private and public sector to ensure the nacionalization of technology and a product porfolio to supply the public health system through the Brazillian MoH. I support Bio-Manguinhos Board and different teams of the institution (BD, R&D, Compliance, Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory, Clinical, Innovation/Platform, Production), in the development of legal models, business definition and planning strategy for new partnerships providing guidance on specific regulations, such as Brazilian Innovation Law, Brazilian Industry Law, the Public Procurement Law, and the Productive Development Policy (PDPs). I also support technological partners in due diligence processes and registration of contracts at the National Institute of Intellectual Property in Brazil.

Consulting and litigation in the following legal areas: Civil Law (contracts, consumer, family, and succession law), Social Security Law, Labour Law, and Intellectual Property Law.

Practice in Public Law. Managed a Specialized Nucleus of massive legal actions at the SocialSecurity Department. I was responsible for training and monitoring the interns.
