Joyce Phillips is a highly recognized senior global human resources executive. Working at Fortune 500 companies, she has a proven record of executing on strategic human resources initiatives, working with Boards, management succession, culture transformations, HR outsourcings, acquisitions, performance management, and compensation design. Possesses strong operational experience and builds effective relationships with functional leaders.Most recently, was EVP, Global Head of HR for Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) and was focused on globalizing and aligning the firm's culture. With a goal to attract and retain the best, she worked directly with her HR team worldwide. She developed and implemented programs that facilitated performance and talent planning and assessment, compensation plan redesign and operational integration. Responsibilities included global oversight of benefits, organization development, employee relations, training, and succession planning.Prior to C&W, she was SVP at Marsh & McLennan, where she held the firm’s global HR role. She drove the standardization and streamlining of HR policies, processes and practices while leveraging best practices globally; improving productivity and costs. Prior to MMC, she served as EVP, Global Human Resources at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce where she ensured long-term sustainability and productivity of employees globally through HR strategies, systems, culture transformation, performance management, compensation programs, recruitment and development initiatives and well-being programs. Prior she was Global Head of Human Resources for CIBC World Markets. Prior tenure also at Barclays Bank-BZW, Citibank and General Electric Company.Ms. Phillips has worked in closely with the Boards of Directors as well as prepared materials and conducted meetings with the Compensation Committees of the companies she’s served.She received the prestigious 2014 Professional Achievement Award from Fairfield University.
