Produce documents and billing. Assisting owner, implementing processing improvements and key employee backup. - Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region, NY (2008 - 2021): Operations Consultant responsible for Financial and Operational Reporting. Create and maintain databases, and assist Executive Director as needed. - Federated Garden Clubs New York (2013 - 2015) Converted database from FoxPro to Access, and provide on-going support. Assist Treasurer with Financial Reporting. - Medical Liability Mutual Insurance Co. (2007 - 2011) Produced comprehensive process documentation for the Finance, Claims and Underwriting departments. - New York Liquidation Bureau (2009 - 2011) Consultant assisting in the reconciliation of claims paid or pending payment by Guaranty Funds. Provided training on reinsurance systems and reconciliation.

Responsible for planning, coordinating and assuring delivery of effective and economical information processing services to United Community Insurance Company and related parties.

Assist and advise the organizations in the Lawrence Agency Corporation on management information systems. Coordinate and interface with the Lawrence Insurance Group and the Lawrence General Corporations in areas relating to management information systems.
