Market research is all about understanding people and investigating the root causes of everything. That is why I love what I do every day. Coming from a culture that values math and numbers, it is my passion to turn data into stories and help shape things that matter. In the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with companies across B2B and B2C industries (e.g., SaaS, healthcare, pharma, CPG, retail, hospitality, home services), and used quantitative (e.g., surveys) and qualitative research (e.g., interviews and focus groups) methodologies and tools to uncover meaningful insights that are critical to the success of brand marketing, customer engagement, and business development. My most recent experience building and managing a new research team at a SaaS company in healthcare gave me the opportunity to show how creating a data-driven decision culture can help make a big impact on business success. I’ve developed custom research projects to inform the design, delivery, and performance measure of our digital marketing campaigns for pharma and healthcare clients, and collaborated closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, client experience, product) to develop new initiatives that help activate patients, promote better health outcomes, and drive business growth.I consistently thrive in a collaborative environment and can roll up my sleeves to pitch in whenever needed.
