Information Technologist for the Human Resources Office at Plymouth State University. I manage all aspects of payroll for 1500+ non benefited and student employees, Project Manager for the VPAA/Dean's file merger project. PSU contact for Xtender Solutions Imaging system and the Banner Human Resources software. I am responsible for training all campus and office users for Banner HR, payroll entry and document imaging. I manage software upgrades in HR, perform upgrade testing in conjunction with the University System of NH. I also serve as the first point of action for troubleshooting technical issues in the HR office.
