Joyeeta is currently studying Public Policy at the School of Public Policy and Governance, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad.Joyeeta in her previous role at Debika was responsible for the organisation's expansion strategy and execution, as well as collaborating with pan-India enterprises to help improve their production, pre-sales, marketing and sales strategy.As an experienced manager, Joyeeta brings natural interpersonal skills, excitement at work, and a passion for business growth. Interacting with multiple nationalities on a regular basis, Joyeeta has solid cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills.Alongside her primary work, Joyeeta has been actively involved in contributing to multiple projects. She worked as an Analyst in the Better Cotton project at WWF-India, where she contributed to sustainability initiatives in the cotton industry. She also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Environment Law and Policy from the National Law University (NLU), Delhi, which further strengthened her expertise in sustainable practices, policy and legal frameworks. She has experience working in Retail, eCommerce, EdTech, and Financial domains and has worked with leading Fortune 500 clients.On a personal level, Joyeeta loves dancing and has finished 5th year in Bharatnatyam, a traditional Indian dance form.
