Partnered with the Medicaid Finance Lead to develop six methods to calculate MLR PMPM, resulting in the creation and utilization of a more efficient and accurate MLR PMPM IBNR model. • Led the Illinois market through its inaugural Flu and Pneumonia Campaign by analyzing historical data, facilitating inter-department discussions, and establishing and executing campaign workgroups. These efforts lead to an increase in flu vaccinations by 280+ members and pneumonia vaccinations by 460 members.• Led the market through two initiatives focused on chart retrieval and education for providers and members for four STAR measures.
