Managing the RBC Wealth Management portfolio for the US, including managing an FM/RPM team. Managed both the class A headquarters building, and the warehouse building totaling over 280,000sf. Oversaw staff in Maintenance, Security, Office and Food Services. Identified, reviewed and managed all facility vendor contracts. Led facility renovation/construction projects for increased utilization in a fast paced environment.• Streamlined processes to handle periodic maintenance, work orders, day to day move management, security requests, and onboarding/off-boarding management. Utilizing both software and processes to increase team productivity and accountability.• Managed facility space utilization in a changing and dynamic environment. Led renovation projects for both the call center and research and development centers in a quick turn-around environment. • Managed, designed and executed all space planning and furniture modification projects, utilizing CAD, MAC software and furniture vendors. Innovative design and creative collaboration utilized to increase building capacity over the original design in order to meet company growth needs.• Led the security program: developing processes & procedures, obtaining software & hardware, identifying, hiring, and training security personnel for increased safety and security both at the Minnesota headquarter & warehouse facilities, and at manufacturing facilities across the country.• Managed building emergency and safety programs in headquarters facilities, reducing injuries. • Developed and managed budgets in excess of $7M
