• Ensure all support - Network, Hardware, Software, CCTV, etc. • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.• Attend and resolve user support (network, PC/laptop, printer, scanner, projector, attendant machine, Wi-Fi/internet, and other IT devices) effectively and efficiently.• Good Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including network designing, Wireless Networks, Network Switches, WAN/LAN, etc.• Control CCTV system - Installing and monitoring of CC Camera, IP Camera and maintaining DVR/NVR device daily and servicing and troubleshooting it.• Configure Webmail, Microsoft Outlook, FTP, etc.• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.• Handle and ensure timely management of all IT systems.

• Installing, configuring and repairing computer hardware, software,systems, networks, printers, scanners and CCTV camera.• Maintaining computer systems, Antivirus and networks.• Maintaining CCTV/IP Camera, Bio-metric Finger, Attendances software &Access Control Device.• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.• Providing technical support across the company.• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
