4 years clerical, then 10 years supervising unionized long distance operators, then 5 years selling private line and frame relay data circuits to business customers in Alaska. Consistently exceeded quota. While I was selling, I also acted as unofficial product manager for Frame Relay as that was introduced, creating sales collateral and training peer Account Executives. As part of a Tiger Team prior to that assignment, created the ISO 9000 quality management plan for the frame relay network.
