The opportunity of working with Primark as a retail operative at the beginning of my employment certainly helped me gain an experience in the retail sector. The day-to-day interaction with customers on the shop floor greatly improved my customer service skills and the fast-paced environment provided me the ability to remain positive, resilient, calm and genuinely willing to ensure the customers have a great experience every time they visit the store.
