🌟 Dynamic Educator & Administrator: With a diverse experiences in education and school leadership, I bring a unique blend of classroom expertise and administrative acumen to school teams.📚 Educational Odyssey: As an English teacher at Elkhart Memorial High School, I embraced my passion for educating the next generation. After pausing my career for my own family, I re-entered the educational sphere and brought my experience with roles in publishing, marketing, and ESL education.🏫 Innovative Leadership: As a Behavior Coach at LaVergne High School, I used data to design positive behavior interventions for one of the largest and most diverse schools in Rutherford County. As an Instructional Coach, I designed a system that allowed teachers to visit each other’s classrooms. At Renaissance High, I led a team of teachers in the creation of the Innovation Lab. With every innovation, I maintain a strong commitment to student-centered, creative learning environments.🌱 Empowering Educators: I use my classroom teaching experience in project-based learning, SEL, and building Schoology courses to coach teachers to help them achieve their personal goals and create student growth. I serve teachers by supporting them in finding practical solutions to daily issues they face in a post-pandemic classroom. 💡 My Philosophy: As a transformative leader, I believe in empowering teachers and students to make choices that will lead to their personal growth and educational achievement.
