Maybe it's funny, distracting, white noise, or even infuriating to you. These are the kinds of survey questions and participant reactions that keep me up at night.I love data and better understanding the surveys that often give us that data. I'm a social and I/O psychologist obsessed with finding out how the way we ask survey questions influences how people respond. With 3 years of assessment experience, I'm currently channeling my obsession to help build assessments for leaders that might make you scratch your head a little less.
