▪ Managing the APAC Back Office Operations in Chennai & Gurugram (Hybrid Model) which provides confirmation pre-matching, settlements and post settlement support to FX, FI and Rates products.▪ Acting as a single point of contact between the India Ops and the APAC Business stakeholders.▪ Managed the APAC Front to Back Currencies Operations which includes Currencies Middle Office and FX Settlements (Back Office) team in Chennai & Gurugram which provides confirmation pre-matching, settlements (CLS & Non-CLS) and post settlement support to the FX cash products.▪ Managed a major transformation project from Operations perspective wherein I was responsible for providing the Requirements/User stories, manage activities related to Business Readiness especially UAT as well as Training, Production Proving and Go-Live.▪ Assist Head of Ops in providing functional leadership to the FX Settlements team including manpower planning, service delivery, operational risk/loss mitigation and ownership of all service delivery SLA’s.Achievement▪ Successful Go-Live of Money Market and CLS in new settlement platform which in turn helps us to align with the one bank strategy from a group perspective.
