As an IT professional with five years of experience as an Infrastructure Support Engineer, I've had the opportunity to build a strong foundation in scripting, automation, and network management. My career so far has been centered around optimizing processes and ensuring smooth operations within complex IT environments. A highlight of my work includes automating the new user creation process, which significantly improved efficiency and reduced errors in our onboarding procedures.Now, I'm excited to take my career to the next level by transitioning into a Cloud DevOps Engineer role.
