Via careers in real estate development and business development I am currently employed as managing director at De Meeuw. As director I like my people to know where I stand, I like to be involved in their day to day issues and I want them to be involved in the decision making process in steering the company. Also, I want to know my costumers and stakeholders, and like to build a strong and sustainable relationships. Through my ample experience in acquisition, structuring and managing of large development projects I have a wide knowledge of financial and legal aspects of construction and real estate development. I am at my best when I can combine business success with success on stake holder engagement, quality and sustainability. My main focus and ambitions lie in the fields of innovation, change management and sustainability, my (international) experience in developing new business models and opportunities gives me the knowledge base to build success in these fields.
