Manage Drug Product and Food supplements related launch activities for assigned projects. Facilitate/lead/coordinate site focused cross functional team activities in support of technology transfer (Dossier gap analysis, document review and approval; analytical and process transfer) to ensure that all relevant information, processes/methods, and materials are successfully transferred and utilized during manufacturing/packaging in accordance with agreed upon timelineTrack team activities and timelines to ensure that the tasks within the project plan are met and are on-timeAssure that all activities are performed according to current processes and standards (GMP, HSE, Regulatory). Form and lead team for continuous process and quality improvements. Review of internal and partner generated documents such as technology transfer master plan, process validation protocols, reports, risk assessments, sampling plans, deviations and CAPAs during process transfer phase.Review process deviations to understand the possible causes from a product quality perspective and provide assessments of product impact.

Coordinate and Lead Transfer and Validation activities to meet critical project deadlines and product launch dates. Evaluate CMO according to Product requirements to ensure right technical fit for transfer launch.Define and monitor technical project scope, timing and progress in collaboration with the CMOs.Evaluate Product transfer costs and support CMO site selection.Ensure appropriate project management to achieve milestones in time. Participate in a cross-functional team to ensure the successful transfers of manufacturing/packaging processes from Development site into commercial operations at CMOs.Knowlodge of Good Distribution Practices, Transport Risk analysis and assessment, MKT calculation.
