A tireless enthusiast of transformation through education, I began my journey after leaving high school aimlessly, facing challenges that could have led me to failure. However, I found the strength to not only change my trajectory but also to positively impact the world around me.Over the years, I have gained valuable experience as a General Director and Mentor in various social projects and companies. My work focuses on Human Resources solutions for 3rd Sector organizations, covering areas such as training, development, performance evaluation, internal policies, labor relations, and issues related to volunteer health. I have led dozens of students from Brazilian public schools to enter the largest global leadership programs in the last two years, demonstrating solid skills in management, communication, creativity, and autonomy.As Founder and CEO of Umbrella Education, my purpose is clear. Umbrella was born out of the need to impact young people in my community by providing them with transformative perspectives through education. Our focus goes beyond conventional teaching, incorporating leadership, youth leadership, altruism, and creativity. Umbrella aims to not only help students on their educational journeys but to empower them to become young leaders. Our project is designed to equip low-income students in Brazil with the tools necessary for academic success and beyond.Today, my biggest fear is stagnation, as I believe that true change occurs when we constantly challenge ourselves to evolve. I am committed to the mission of not only transforming lives but also inspiring others to do the same, reaching their full potential and contributing to a better world.
