Member of the Special Committee for the Study of Governance and Compliance Standards for Organizations (CEE-309), where I contribute to the translation and adaptation of international compliance standards to the Brazilian context.

Member of a Study Group aimed at discussing Administrative Law, rethinking its foundations and premises, and evaluating how it is being applied. Composed of lawyers, academics, public officials, students, and other individuals interested in the subject, the GDA (Administrative Law Study Group) conducts debates on topics related to Administrative Law (and related matters) during its organized meetings. Its members are encouraged to conduct in-depth analyses of the topics being discussed, with the goal of generating texts, articles, and books based on these discussions and studies. The intention is to continuously produce high-quality material addressing the discussed and researched themes.

● Drafting contracts: monitoring the drafting and review of Promises of Purchase and Sale; Termination Instruments, as well as other contracts inherent to business activity (especially compliance); ● Assignment of rights; ● Fiduciary Alienation; ● Provision of services; ● Analysis of processes, preparation of reports and opinions, preparation and monitoring of procedural documents, defense of legal theses, appeals, executions and participation in hearings, oral arguments and coordination of activities to be carried out by the firm's Legal Controller; ● Monitoring proceedings through judicial portals and an internal legal platform (“Datajuri”). ● Advice on administrative, regulatory and compliance law. ● Administrative and Regulatory Law: permanent advice to clients before the Public Administration (including Regulatory Agencies: ANVISA, INMETRO, ANTT, ANM). Advising clients on bids for public services and works, concessions and permissions for public services, administrative contracts or contracts with interference in administrative law matters, impugnation to public notices and any administrative acts; if necessary, taking legal action against acts of the Public Authorities in relation to bidding procedures, including administrative contracts, as well as in relation to any and all relations with the entities of the Federation; administrative defenses and judicial measures at the municipal, state and federal levels; legal advice on matters requested, drafting articles and opinions; and advising on procedures relating to Public Administration, including defense in procedures before the Municipal, State and Federal Audit Courts, as well as in any judicial developments, notably in relation to actions arising from the Administrative Improbity Law. ● Compliance: drawing up Integrity Programs, acting as Compliance Officer (training, monitoring, reviewing contractual clauses, reviewing internal rules, risk management, etc.).
