Hello, I am João Pedro Riff Goulart, and I am going to tell you a little about myself! I am a lawyer residing in Rio de Janeiro/RJ. After earning my law degree, I pursued additional training, including courses in mediation/arbitration, anti-corruption compliance (achieving a CPC-A certification with a 90% approval rate), and my post-graduation program in Economic and Regulatory Law at PUC-Rio.I am a specialist in Administrative and Regulatory Law and serve as an associate attorney at a law firm based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My role involves providing legal advice and handling litigation for both domestic and international clientele.Over more than 7 years in the legal market (comprising internships and jobs), I have had the privilege of working in (i) Civil Law, (ii) Criminal Law, (iii) Labor Law, (iv) Administrative Law, (v) Regulatory Law, and also Compliance. I have consistently supported managers in decision-making and team management, effectively meeting the requirements of my position.Since 2021, I have been focusing on the strategic goals of the firm with which I am associated, achieving significant results, such as the unfreezing of nearly BRL 3,000,000.00 in a misconduct lawsuit filed against an engineering company.In another instance, I assisted an international pharmaceutical company in expediting the revalidation of their license with the Army. This urgent action successfully averted a potential financial loss in the millions.Currently, I am a service partner and report directly to the managing lawyer of the firm. Therefore, I have direct contact with clients, guide the Legal Controllership sector, and develop legal solutions for each case. In summary, my value proposition lies in offering legal solutions for administrative and regulatory law challenges of substantial complexity.
