Casper, Wyoming Area

Working as a technical consultant in the CSC division of ISC Corp located in Casper, Wyoming, I am responsible for the support, design and installation of various types of network initiatives. These tasks include, but are not limited to troubleshooting, implementation, monitoring, configuration, and design of local area networks, wireless networks, wide area networks, data center networks, and storage networks. Support also includes on call shift work, fielding trouble calls from customers, contacting customers and working through technical issues, as well as completing time-sensitive projects. Support responsibilities include resolving issues remotely and on site with technologies such as Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Cisco ASA's, Cisco VoIP systems, Cisco Wireless systems, Cisco ACS, VMWare and various types of other networking technology. Also responsible for engaging with the appropriate Cisco, EMC, and VMware technical and sales personnel on a planned schedule to keep them informed of ISC successes, issues and opportunities.

This is a IT consulting firm. I work with mainly HP and Sonicwall networking equipment with Windows servers that are visualized with VMware ESX. I configure switches, firewalls, routers, servers, wireless access points and many other devices. Also we do quite a bit of troubleshooting on complex networks.
