Draughting firm creating 3D models using AutoCad for new projects, detailing as well as updating new and existing drawings in various fields. Clients consisted of:Colgate-Palmolive:Provided a drawing office for Colgate. Between Draughtsmen we rotated every couple of months. Updating Colgates drawings.Updating Site layouts of the plant. Adding new pipe works to the 3D model of the plant. Created presentations for extensions and alterations. Designing Structures to hold water tanks. Producing PDF’s for pipe lines so that the workers could understand better how things worked.Soliflo :Created 3D models and fabrication drawing for truck loading platforms. Steel structures for rotational refuelling arms.ArmGold ( Renamed to Harmony) :Provided services for various mine shafts. Given existing 32 man-cage to model and create new fabrication drawings. Proved an Engineer was at fault. To existing drawings they could not build cage. Redesigned with help of engineer to produce Fabrication drawings. Measured existing chute on site. Created models and new fabrication drawings. Helped engineers with the design of a 100 metre conveyor by creating 3D models. Produced Fabrication drawings. Produced fabrication drawings for a rock cage called a flask.Manhattan Mining Corporation:Manhattan provided a service to all mines for new and used equipment. For used equipment I would measure up and make the necessary changes with the help of the engineers. New projects I would design them with the help of my team and engineers. For all new projects created 3d models and fabrication drawings. A new Refinery Plant for Amplats. From conveyors, chutes, steel structures, platforms, walkways, vibro feeders etc. Mobile Refinery plants that were built on a flat bed truck trailer. Helped with the project running, answering boilermakers questions and seeing that everything went well in the fabrication warehouse.
