- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring effective candidate management.- Establish a comprehensive database through our ATS and tracking platform, recording relevant candidate information and progress at each stage for organized and updated records.- Provide continuous support and leadership to JR Talent Acquisition Associates, offering guidance and constructive feedback, serving as a trusted resource for addressing questions and concerns.- Maintain active communication with clients and candidates throughout the process, ensuring constant interaction to provide information and keep them informed.- Participate in Onboarding processes with new clients and play a key role in profile negotiations, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment between client expectations and candidates.- Collaborate in formulating improvement strategies for the department, contributing ideas and approaches to drive efficiency and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition processes.

- Development and execution of the national customer success project of Sika Colombia, leading the project in North Santander and Santander regions, and later nationally.- Project management for the creation and inclusion of the Customer Success Department in Sika Colombia.- SAP ERP (Inventory Management, Logistics, Planning and Production, Sales) and SalesForce.- Santander and North Santander Point of Contact POC between clients, retailers, and Sika.- Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Data Tabulation, Strategic Reports, Quantitative Reports)- Creation and implementation of strategic reports for Sika's information management at national level (Internal and external reports).- HR, Recruitment, on-boarding, and training processes related to the inclusion of new interns for the national Customer Success project of Sika Colombia.
