The eight years at Budweiser were very educational from a customer service perspective, sales and marketing, and the beverage industry as a whole. I was required to attend a minimum of 4 classes a month from cross cultural negotiating, sales and margins, and the quality control taken to make the best product out in the market. Newmark has been another learnig experience to give me the actual hands on versus textbooks. I have definatly learned how to build and manage homes for our customers all under budget and get them closed within 75 days or less.Specialties: I spent most of my school years working commercial and residential construction with my dad as an electrician, and working on highways and remodeling with my grandfather.
