Help implement job setup standards; billing and forecasting structure, PCI formats and owner billing setup.Discuss budget savings, as well as contingency savings with the PM, to properly report to our corporate office. In charge of setting up new projects when they are in our biding, precon, and construction phase. Work closely with the RVP on the region’s outstanding receivables, as well as discussing profit swings (monthly)Assist the RVP on communicating cash flow and profit swings to the team’s PX to help the team stay on scheduleTroubleshoot CMiC forecasting and billing issues that the team experience and work collectively on a solution.Train coordinators with billing processes and new PM’s with forecasting processes in CmiCReport to the assistant controller on project’s, profitability, construction updates, issues, and payments.
