After relocating to Lincoln, NE I remained with Haselden Construction in a remote capacity to complete our year-long implementation of Viewpoint Construction Software, a SQL-based accounting and project management ERP. The project included an Oracle to SQL database conversion, and multiple third-party integrations for payroll, subcontractor insurance compliance, and subcontractor payments. Our third-party that required highly coordinated planning and testing to ensure a successful go-live scheduled around weekly payroll. As part of the implementation team I contributed to developing software processes around our internal processes and provided training to all users.

As the Business Application Strategist I was for identifying and implementing strategic technology projects across the Organization. We tackled updating our financial/payroll software to new servers with added disaster recovery and the implementation of Citrix Sharefile to better centralize project data storage, and major security upgrades for servers and workstations. I was responsible for all aspects of our projects including selection of solutions, 3rd party vendor selection, estimates, schedules, financial controls, report developing, and training.

As the Technology Specialist I combined my technology skills and Project Management skills to troubleshoot and improve our Operational systems for the Jobsites and acted as a liaison between the IT Department and Operations. I also developed a self-help, training, and Operations center for our various systems on our SharePoint Intranet site and worked with a developer to create custom reporting around key performance indicators. To improve the quality of the new employee experience, I created and managed the onboarding process for the Operations Department and developed ERP related training for the Department. I acted as the Project Manager the selection and implementation of Textura Construction Payment Management in a CMIC environment.
