It Desktop Support Officer
Current• Responsible for day-to-day support Administering, Maintaining, Troubleshooting the corporate IP Telephone System – Avaya.• Responsible for day-to-day support, Windows Desktop, Active Directory administration, maintenance and upgrade of Windows operating systems.• Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot/diagnose technical issues.• Solves & responding to incidents and requests, ensuring they are resolved effectively and efficiently against service level agreements(SLA) through remotes session or hands on.• Creating Windows Desktop Images, Managing SCCM Clients, SCCM Task Sequences, GPO's, Design Documentation, Operational Procedures, Training Support Teams, Deploy High Quality MSI Packages.• Contribute to IT projects in the preparation and implementation phase of end user device related services and systems, such as technical specification analysis, evaluation, development, integration and testing, maintenance, release and documentation.• Hands on experience working with mobile devices such as iPhone, iPads, Blackberry Andorid etc.
