I am a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in law, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. My career began in the legal sector at Chandler and Linklaters, specializing in corporate laws, intellectual property, tax, and business law. Later I joined as Regional Equity Partner at DFDL. I became a General Counsel at CDG Group Thailand for a number of years. In 2009, I was a general partner and a managing director of Lakeshore Capital responsible for the private equity fund formation.My legal expertise emphasizes on private fund law and formation, combined with fund structures, corporate governance and project management. Since 2020, I have been retained as an independent counsel to Singha Venture Capital advising them in all aspects of M&A, fund formation, commercial law and pre-IPO. In addition, I maintain an independent legal advisory role for numerous successful private funds formed by Thai sponsors or by general partners in off-shore funds, fund raising, advising on fund documentation, LPA, PPM, side letters, consortium and liquidating funds. Advised Thai family offices, high-net-worth investors, and investment arms of conglomerates on fund investments across private equity, real estate (spanning debt strategies and opportunistic funds), and a climate fund. Experience includes conducting legal due diligence on fund structures across key jurisdictions such as Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Singapore, Jersey, and Luxembourg. Co-founded Kad Kokoa, a pioneering bean-to-bar chocolate company in Thailand and co-founded with Chulalongkorn University, ISTC - Cocoa Research Center Thailand in 2022.
