Provided in-depth costs analysis and forecasting with limited and often incomplete data.• Managed production forecasts, estimated reserves, and applied time to market and price sensitivities to flagship projects to assess financial impact.• Improved efficiency by reducing time to market for GLDU new drills from 13 days to 7 days with better planning. This reduction allowed for 47 additional wells to be drilled by year end.• TTM improvements led to an acceleration of 320,000 bbls of oil in 2012.• Drove efficiency improvements reducing OPEX & CAPEX by $460M.• Created economic guidelines in PEEP for every lease in the business unit – Economic Limits, Max Spend, and 6 Month Payout.• Created Fracture Stimulation Forecasts for entire business unit using analogs from previous years. The economic analysis led to the approval of an additional frac core to be dedicated to the BU.• Managed the Produced Water Recycle & Fresh Water Conservation Project – Recycled 320,000 bbls of produced water using an electrocoagulation filtration method.• Mass balance for steam, water, and fuel across the Business Unit for Heavy Oil Assets.• Improved steam injection performance and cost by applying and monitoring KPI’s to steam generators, fixed chokes, and steam-oil ratios.• Created and implemented monthly steam generation forecasts utilizing generator efficiency, injector availability, and accounting for state inspection downtime.

Responsible for production and reservoir engineering duties for primary, waterflood, and CO2 flooded properties at Goldsmith-Landreth Deep Unit (GLDU), Denver Unit (DU), and Willard Unit (WU). Focused on surveillance, forecasting, production and reserves, and well enhancement. (ESP, BPU)• Aggressively drove results at GLDU through producer and injector recompletions & multiple new drill campaigns. Performed 100+ sand fracs and drilled 30+ new wells. The success from this work made GLDU the flagship project for the BU in 2012.• Modified the completion design at GLDU to open additional pay in new drills improving initial production and booked reserves. • Residual Oil Zone project at DU – Deepened 100+ existing wells and drilled 40+ new wells.• Drilled 20+ new wells and re-frac’d multiple wells at WU.• Challenged the traditional frac design for San Andres completions – New stimulation designresulted in a 500 BOPD stair-step increase in field-wide production. This new completion design became the new standard.
