My responsibilities include:- Developing schedules of values & project timeline schedules.- Negotiating & securing subcontracts & material purchase orders. - Communication/coordination with client representatives and design teams throughout the project cycle. - On-site communication with superintendents and trades to ensure adherence to quality and schedule - with travel to project locations nationwide.- Subcontractor/supplier invoicing review & approval.- Client invoicing management.My projects to date have been in the financial, medical, restaurant and grocery/food supply sectors.
