Manage two datacenters for custom website hosting with a few hundred physical and KVM based virtual servers running on Debian. Systems range from a shared hosting environment to single server solutions and up to multi-server high availability clusters with DR slaved to the live production systems. We are primarily running Apache, HAProxy, PHP (up to and including PHP 8.0), MySQL (in master/slave and Galera Cluster {Percona} configurations), DRBD (NAS), Solr, Sphinxsearch, etc. Systems are managed via in house Saltstack solution and utilizing Icinga2 and Cacti monitoring/alerting. Also provide general networking support in a Cisco based infrastructure.Provide 24/7 support to ensure client uptime is maxed out. Clients range from individual personal websites up through top tier E-Commerce clients with online sales measured in millions of dollars annually. Support is provided to our development team as well to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Administering several thousand Linux and FreeBSD servers across several global datacenters. Main duties include isolating and addressing server load issues, mitigating attacks and addressing compromised hosting accounts, building and rebuilding servers, RAID maintenance, addressing minor networking issues.

Provided in depth support to internal employees (Level 1 & 2 primarily). Worked closely with server performance and for the more complicated issues the lower level techs come across. Provided direct assistance to customers that have a dedicated server or VPS. Assisted with adminstering several thousand Linux servers, both shared hosting and VPS/Dedicated servers utilizing CPanel and command line.

Provided support for Level 1 employees and external customers with more advanced issues. Focused on SSL certificates, troubleshooting methods, customer complaints/escalations, and basic scripting and e-mail issues.
