Develops, manages and maintains websites, including social media sites; conducts strategies for CRO Experiments, such as research and application of new technologies; prepares monthly and quarterly digital marketing reports, primarily using leads/conversions data and data visualizations via Data Studio; develops and manages other digital marketing collaterals, including brochures, business cards, marketing newsletters, website assets; establishes workflows for digital marketing processes and prepares necessary documentations, as needed; provides administrative support for database and file management, as well as domain/host management; provides digital and technical assistance to the IP Admin Team;

Overall project and team management, including planning and allocation of individual work schedules, timetable management, progress reporting, project risk management and anticipatory fallback/safety-net planning; technology training, transfer and learning to and from colleagues including clear documentation of development and/or admin procedures; provides maintenance services to clientele and concise correspondence and coordination with partners and associates; user Interface design including storyboard development, wireframes study design, and related front-end design elements; graphic design including online banners, application graphical elements, print collaterals, such as flyers and brochures and related graphics/visual requirements; development, deployment and maintenance of multiple-media applications for online and offline deployment, utilizing yet not limited to HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP and MySQL; and research and development of already existing technologies, such as upgrading existing frameworks, codes and development environments.

Provides maintenance services to employer clientele; user interface design including wireframes study design, and related front-end design elements; graphic design including online banners, application graphical elements, print collaterals, such as flyers and brochures and related graphics/visual requirements; and development, deployment and maintenance of multiple-media application, utilizing yet not limited to Flash and ActionScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.

Prepares proposals, develops Actuarial Valuation and HMO Utilization Reports; provides IT/Technical Support for Consulting Projects and for different departments in the company
