About Jean Paul Camelbeek
After studying to be a chartered accountant, Jean-Paul started his own computer services company in his native South Africa. He dealt with all aspects of technology, including infrastructure, communications, storage, development and a range of Microsoft technologies. He moved to the UK to work with LexisNexis, Elsevier Science and Reed Elsevier Technology Services, project managing multi-million pound technology and operations projects. Having completed an MBA at London Business School, Jean-Paul blended his commercial acumen with his expertise in legal technology to lead legal teams in financial services through automation.From 2010 to 2015 Jean-Paul, along with business partner Jonathan built and sold an online legal business focusing on the automation of 100s of legal agreements for SMEs.In the late 2010s Jean-Paul returned to consulting across a range of product and data projects within the publishing sector.Specialties: Commercial and technical project management, process automation, operational and technical optimisation, financial management, leadership
